Cal-ICMA Stands with Monterey Park

In response to the recent mass shooting in Monterey Park, Cal-ICMA President Kurt Wilson issued the following statement:
“The impacts of a senseless tragedy harm loved ones in a way that can’t be measured and shouldn’t be tolerated. Tightly knit groups are hurt the most, but the ripple effects include entire communities. Cal-ICMA stands with Monterey Park as they support the people and communities affected by this tragedy."
Established in 2005, the California Local Government Management Collaborative (Cal-ICMA) is a collaboration of Cal Cities CMD, CCMF, MMANC, MMASC, CACE, the COG Directors, members of the academic community, and from other ICMA affiliate organizations represented in California. Cal-ICMA is the official state affiliate of ICMA and is inclusive of all ICMA members in the state.
